French Sumatran

This roast is so big up front and distinctive, it’s become a legend. It unfolds in layers of complexity, leaving you wondering why all dark coffee doesn’t taste this good.  French Sumatran is low in acidity, making it ideal for serious coffee drinkers.

Blend 90

Four beans from four different coffee-producing regions, roasted to medium-dark perfection. A time proven Master blend of everything that’s good about the morning cup. Dark, rich, and complex. One of our signature blends. Makes a tasty dark espresso.

French Roast

Deep, dark, and roasty, but never burned or bitter. If you want a big roast that quickly fades to sweet, then look no further than our classic French.

Espresso

Smooth, full-bodied with a sweet finish. Choose your favorite roast profile: light, medium, or dark.

Mexican

Smooth and softly sweet, these beans are shade-grown in the Sierra Madre Mountains. This cup has big citrus, tangerine, and orange notes fused with milk chocolate, creating sweet and balanced coffee.

Blend 70

A City Roast consisting of carefully sourced beans from four different coffee regions to produce a full-flavored, medium-bodied, super smooth cup. Works great as a medium espresso.

Colombian

Our favorite cup from our most recent trip to Colombia. This coffee is sweet, with a syrupy mouthfeel and smooth clean finish.

Decaf

A Swiss Water Processed Italian roast, for those of you that want a nice full-bodied cup of coffee that is excellent with any preparation. 99.9% decaffeinated with a taste-driven, chemical-free process. Rich, smooth, and clean, this is as good as Decaf can get.

Guatemalan

Crop cycle after crop cycle this one never disappoints. Cultivated in volcanic soil, these beans are grown at high altitudes under a tropical bird-filled canopy. This coffee is creamy on the palate and well-balanced with big chocolate and a long clean finish.

Blend 50

A wonderful medium-bodied blend of Latin American beans sourced for their structural integrity and sensitivity to heat. Every crop cycle, we cup each origin to find the best combination for this signature roast. Low acidity for ideal sipping and drinking all day long.

Viennese

Our Viennese is two Latin coffees, one Full City and the other French Roast, blended to make a dark and robust blend. Drink it with milk to bring out the chocolate or black for roasted nuttiness.

Ethiopian

East Africa’s highly desired and distinctive offering, big aromatics consisting of flowers and fruit. Sun-dried and naturally processed, yielding a coffee that is swirling with notes of berries and wine.

Limited Offering: Papua New Guinea

This Indonesian is a Full City medium roast with dense complex layers of sugar, ranging from molasses to barbecue. Sweet and savory, with a smooth syrupy mouthfeel. 

Limited Offering: Holiday Blend

Equal parts Mexican, Nicaraguan and El Salvadoran with Mexican and Nicaraguan roasted to perfection as a Light Medium roast and El Salvadoran in our new Very Light roast profile. This has created a coffee that is full of body, with delightful hints of spiced cocoa and candied lemon.

Blend 30

Fashioned in a salute to the great light espressos of Northern Italy, this blend consists of 2 Latins and an African, producing an espresso that is striking in its sweetness and clarity. Incredibly smooth with wonderful, medium body. Add a little steamed milk and you have milk chocolate and oranges. Try something new and experience a light profile espresso you will long remember.

Nicaraguan

This mild, medium body Nicaraguan has a sweet, honey finish along with nutty notes. A simple and clean coffee this smooth makes you want to drink it all day long!

Ethiopian - Cinnamon Roast

Amazingly floral and fragrant. Swirling with berries and wine, this light roast cinnamon profile Ethiopian shines bright as it captures all the fruit that this amazing Sidamo has to offer. Prominent acidity makes this great, and old vine African, morph from blueberries to Pinot Noir grapes on its long clean finish.
