People who are skilled, knowledgeable, and dedicated to their product and workers as we are. That is why we spend the extra time and money sourcing green beans from farms and collectives throughout the world who adhere to these fundamental principals.

We are a certified Organic House that is committed to fair wages and sustainability. Quite simply, organic coffee is grown without the use of man made pesticides, herbicides, or toxic fertilizers. It is better for you, better for the enviroment and better for the workers who harvest the beans.

It is a struggle to own or operate a successful cafe, restaurant, or anything in the food service related field. We know, because we have owned and operated high volume restaurants, stores, and specilaty coffee locations. We continue to own and manage four locations in Charlottesville, VA. Fifteen years of direct retail experience allows us to provide our wholesale partners with a level of service and expertise not easily found. Whether it is equipment related, customer service related, or anything coffee, we have answers and solutions.
